This practice is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal health information. It is the policy of this practice to maintain security of personal health information at all times and to ensure that this information is only available to authorized members of staff and your regular doctor.
TESTS RESULTS POLICY
All patients will be informed that all results will be sent to their regular doctor and general practice. We do not have a reminder system for recalls at anytime health care.Your regular Doctor is able to communicate with anytime health care via telephone, fax and email for any clarification of patient report summaries.All results received at anytime health care will be sent to your regular doctor. Please ring your surgery.

If you have a problem we would like to hear about it. Please feel free to talk to your doctor about it, one of our doctors and or nurse/receptionists. Alternatively,you may prefer to write to us or use our suggestion box. We take your concerns, suggestions and complaints seriously.
FEEDBACK & COMPLAINTS
Your regular Doctor will have feedback forms that you can complete about our after hours service to you.We are always keen to receive feedback about any of our services. If you have a feedback or complaint, please put it in writing and address it to the principle doctor/practice manager.A confidential locked box is located at the front reception for this purpose.
Patients are entitled to register a complaint with the Victorian Health Complaints Commissioner for the health issues.
